CREAM CHEESE FILLED MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 lb. Jimmy Dean pork sausage
1 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 sm. onion, diced
Salt and pepper to taste

CREAM CHEESE FILLING:

12 oz. (1 1/2 pkgs.) cream cheese
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. milk

Mix all hamburger ingredients together. Take a square casserole dish. Spread mixture to cover bottom and half of sides. Place cream cheese mixture over hamburger. Put rest of hamburger mixture on top and seal sides. Bake as meat loaf for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350°F. Remove grease as meat loaf bakes.

Cream cheese should be at room temperature. Milk can be added to make it creamier, more mustard, horseradish, to make more tangier.

THIS IS BY FAR the BEST recipe ever my boyfriend loves it, I also have made this meatloaf for family and friends. And it is always a sure HIT! Doesn't look too appitizing with the cream cheese but once you taste it you can taste all of the flavors of the horseradish mustard and the pork sausage. SO DELICIOUS!
