CREAM CHEESE MEAT BALLS 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 onion, chopped
4 eggs
1 pkg. George Washington seasoning
1/2 c. dry oatmeal
1/2 c. ground walnuts
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 c. parsley
1 1/2 c. coarsely ground crackers

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Deep fry in hot oil enough to brown quickly, but not too hot to burn.

For sauce, mix: 1 can celery soup 1/2 soup can water

Mix soups and water together, pour over meat balls. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
