LE CHATEAU SALAD DRESSING 
3/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. celery seed
3 c. oil
2 lg. cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp. salt
Juice from 2 lemons

Combine all ingredients in a quart jar and stir. Leave at room temperature for 3 hours before refrigerating. Spoon on desired salad greens, toss, and sprinkle with Blue Cheese if desired. Keeps in refrigerator for 6 weeks. This is the original recipe from the Le Chateau Restaurant that used to be on River Road.
