PEANUT BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE FUDGE | |
3 c. sugar 3/4 c. butter 2/3 c. (5 1/2 oz. can) evaporated milk 6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces 7 oz. jar Kraft marshmallow creme 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. peanut butter (creamy or crunchy) Combine 1 1/2 cups sugar, 6 tablespoons butter, and 1/3 cup milk in pan. Bring to boil and boil 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate pieces until melted. Add 1 cup (1/2 jar) marshmallow creme and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until well blended. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Repeat same steps with other half ingredients, using peanut butter. Spread over chocolate layer. Cool at room temperature and cut into squares. |
