2 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 1/2 c. peanut butter chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips

Combine butter, milk, sugar and salt in saucepan. Stir occasionally over medium heat. Bring to full boil. Cook 4 minutes; remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, peanut butter, chips and vanilla. Stir vigorously for 1 minute (until marshmallows melt). Pour into 8 inch square pan. Melt chocolate chips, spread on fudge. Chill.
