PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter
1 lg. can evaporated milk

Bring these 3 ingredients to a rolling boil. Boil 5 minutes. Stir constantly. Remove from heat.

Add:

1 pt. jar marshmallow cream
1 1/4 c. peanut butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat with mixer. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan or larger if thinner pieces are desired. If you want chocolate fudge; leave out peanut butter and add 2 large Hershey bars and a 12 ounce bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
