HOT FUDGE SUNDAE 
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 qty. Cool Whip
1 can peanuts
25 Oreo cookies
1/4 c. melted butter

FUDGE SAUCE:

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 can evaporated milk

Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam. Mix 1/4 cup melted butter and the 25 Oreo cookies (crushed). Spread cookie mixture in bottom of pan, cover with foil and freeze for 1 hour. Spread ice cream over cookie crust and freeze again 1 hour. Prepare Fudge Sauce as directed below and cool. Pour cooled sauce over ice cream and freeze again 1 hour. Spread Cool Whip over top and sprinkle with nuts. Cover and freeze 1 hour more and serve.

FUDGE SAUCE: Melt stick of butter and semi-sweet morsels. Add evaporated milk and sugar and bring to a boil. Stir frequently. Continue to boil over LOW heat 10-12 minutes. Be sure to stir often. Cool completely.
