BAKED CHICKEN SALAD CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. finely diced celery
1/2 c. walnuts
3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Mix all together and cover with 2 cups coarsely crushed potato chips. Bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Serves 4.
