CHICKEN CASSEROLE BAKE 
2 c. thin sliced celery
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. mushrooms, fresh or canned
1/2 c. sliced pimientos
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 tbsp. parsley
2 c. mayonnaise
4 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 c. cooked rice
1 or 2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Mix together. (Reserve bread crumbs for topping.) Place in greased 9"x13" baking pan or casserole. Top with bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees until brown (about 30 minutes).
