HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up
1 can crushed pineapple
1 c. barb-q sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix pineapple (juice too!), barb-q sauce, ginger and cornstarch. Pour over meat in a casserole dish and bake covered, 1 1/2-2 hours at 350 degrees.
