HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
6 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
Salt and pepper

Dip in bread or cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. pineapple juice and water (juice from 20 oz. can sliced pineapple)
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 chicken bouillon cube

Mix and boil 2 minutes. Alternate chicken and pineapple slices in shallow baking dish. Add sauce and bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Add green pepper slices during last 10 minutes of baking.
