HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
SAUCE:

3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. soya sauce
1 c. pineapple cubes
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix dry ingredients; blend in remaining ingredients. Cut up small chicken into serving pieces and fry brown. Place in roaster. Mix the sauce and pour over chicken. Put in oven and cook approximately 1 hour.
