HOT SAUSAGE ROLLS 
1 c. unsifted plain flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sm. curd creamed cottage cheese
6 (5 inch) pre-cooked Polish or bratwurst sausage
1 tbsp. mustard
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk

Put flour into mixing bowl and cut butter into 1/2-inch pieces and cut into flour until mixture is pea-size pieces. Stir in cottage cheese until dough is stiff. Add 2 or 3 teaspoons of water if needed.

Divide into 6 parts and roll each part to make a rectangle 6 inches long and 3 inches wide. Spread on 1 teaspoon mustard and top with a sausage. Roll seam side down and place on cookie sheet. Prick with a fork.

Mix egg and milk and brush each roll. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until brown. Slice each roll into 1-inch pieces. Serve with cocktail picks.
