SAUSAGE ROLLS 
2 loaves Rhoades frozen bread
2 lbs. sausage
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 green pepper, sauteed
1 med. onion, sauteed
8 oz. Italian blend grated cheese

Thaw Rhoades frozen bread. Brown and drain sausage. Add eggs, green pepper, onion, and cheese. Stir egg mixture into cooked sausage and cook until eggs are done. Roll out a loaf of frozen dough to 13 x 28 inch and put browned sausage mixture on top. Roll up jelly roll style and crimp edges. Let rise overnight in refrigerator, double in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and brush golden brown top with butter. Yields 2 rolls.
