CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced chicken or turkey
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. chopped almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. real mayonnaise
3 thin sliced boiled eggs
1 c. crushed potato chips
1 c. crushed potato chips - on top

Combine in 9 inch baking dish. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees, 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
