TURKEY SALAD CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced turkey or chicken
2 c. diced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion, minced or chopped
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sliced stuffed peppers
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. finely crushed potato chips

Combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and it is bubbly.
