BREADED PORK CHOPS 
4-6 pork chops
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 sprigs parsley, chopped
1-2 c. bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. shortening or cooking oil

Wash off pork chops to remove any bone fragments. Beat eggs. Add chopped garlic and parsley to eggs. Add shortening (and any favorite seasonings) to eggs. Dip pork chops in egg mixture.

Cover pork chops in bread crumbs by turning over and over on plate until all crumbs absorbed by egg mixture. Fry pork chops in heated shortening until brown on low heat.
