BAKED BREADED PORK CHOPS 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. coarse cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. crushed oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. milk
6 3/4 inch thick pork chops

Use butter to coat 9 x 13 baking pan. In small bowl, combine next 5 ingredients. In another small bowl mix egg and milk. Coat chops with cracker mixture, then egg mixture, then cracker mixture again. Arrange in pan and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Turn carefully and bake 30 minutes longer.
