BREADED PORK CHOPS 
6 butterfly pork chops
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
Morton Natures Seasons Blend to taste
Oil for frying

Mix egg with milk. Dip pork chops in egg mixture. Roll in bread crumbs. Brown chops in oil. Season to taste. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
