CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1/2 med. head lettuce
1 head cauliflower, broken in sm. flowerets
1 c. mayonnaise, spread evenly over cauliflower
1 sm. onion, push out rings
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp & broken up
3 tbsp. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 1/2 tbsp. sugar sprinkled on top

Store covered in refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Toss together before serving. May be made the night before and served for lunch the next day.
