PEACHES AND CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
1 lg. can sliced peaches (save juice)
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 sm. vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 tbsp. soft butter
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
8-10 oz. soft cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. peach juice

Mix flour, pudding, baking powder, butter, egg and milk. Mix 2 minutes and pour into greased dish (9 inch or 8x8 inch pan). Place peaches over batter. Mix cream cheese, sugar, peach juice and spread over peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
