SCHNAPPS & PEACHES CHEESECAKE 
1/3 cup melted butter
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar

Mix together. Press into 10-inch springform pan and set aside.

2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites (whipped stiff)
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup Hiram Walker Peach Schnapps
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup chopped peaches

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, yolks, flour and Hiram Walker Peach Schnapps until well blended, gradually beat in cream. Fold in egg whites and stir in peaches.

Bake approximately 1 1/2 hours or until set. Cool and refrigerate.

Can be decorated with whipped cream and peach slices.
