1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
Dash nutmeg
Dash clove
1 tsp. coffee, decaffeinated
1/2 tsp. cocoa
1/2 c. assorted nuts (almonds and walnuts)
1/2 c. finely chopped prunes and figlets
2 lg. eggs
1/2 c. safflower unsaturated oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peach - tree schnapps
1/2 c. milk
2 sm. bananas, crushed
3 tbsp. mayonnaise

Mix dry ingredients together: flour, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg, clove, coffee, cocoa, nuts, prunes and figlets. Mix liquid ingredients together; eggs, oil, vanilla, schnapps and milk. Mix bananas and mayonnaise together. Mix dry and liquid ingredients together. Add creamed ingredients (banana and mayonnaise). Put in buttered pan in 350 or 325 degree oven for 1/2 to 3/4 hour, or until fully baked. Use powdered sugar and peach tree schnapps for frosting.
