PEACH CHEESECAKE PIE 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. peach juice

Mix together flour, baking powder and pudding. Add melted butter, egg, salt and milk. Mix thoroughly and pour into 9 inch pie pan.

Arrange peach slices over mixture. Blend together cream cheese, sugar and peach juice and spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
