PEACH LAYER CHEESE SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. orange juice
2 c. boiling water
1 sm. container Cool Whip
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 (#2) can peach pie filling

Mix 1 box lemon Jello, 1 cup boiling water and 1 cup orange juice and put in the refrigerator until almost set. Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese and chopped pecans and fold into Jello mixture; chill until almost firm. Dissolve 1 box lemon Jello in 1 cup boiling water and cool. Stir in peach pie filling and gently cover Jello mixture. Let set.

Excellent and easy recipe. It's not too sweet but is just right. We had it for Thanksgiving the first time and are making it for Christmas now!
