PEACH LAYER CHEESE SALAD | |
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello 1 c. orange juice 2 c. boiling water 1 sm. container Cool Whip 3 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/4 c. chopped pecans 1 (#2) can peach pie filling Mix 1 box lemon Jello, 1 cup boiling water and 1 cup orange juice and put in the refrigerator until almost set. Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese and chopped pecans and fold into Jello mixture; chill until almost firm. Dissolve 1 box lemon Jello in 1 cup boiling water and cool. Stir in peach pie filling and gently cover Jello mixture. Let set. |
