PEACH 'N CREAM CHEESE CAKE | |
3/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 3 1/4 oz. pkg. dry vanilla pudding mix, not instant 3 tsp. soft butter 1 egg 1/2 c. milk 1 can sliced peaches 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. sugar 3 tsp. peach juice 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Mix all cake ingredients. Place in 9 or 10-inch greased pan. Cover with drained peaches. Combine cream cheese, sugar and juice mix for two minutes; spoon over peaches 1 inch from edges. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle; sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. |
