PEACHES & CREAM CHEESECAKE 
3/4 c. flour
1 sm. pkg. instant pudding (vanilla)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter, softened
1 (29 oz.) can peaches
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar

Combine flour, pudding mix, baking powder, salt, egg, milk, and butter in large mixing bowl. Beat at high speed 2 minutes. Pour into greased 10 inch pie plate. Drain peaches (reserve liquid). Arrange peaches on top of batter and combine cream cheese, sugar and 3 tablespoons peach juice in a mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed until smooth. Spread over top peaches within 1 inch of edge of pie plate. Stir 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon over cream cheese. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 35 to 40 minutes until bottom and sides are golden brown.
