FRESH STRAWBERRY OR PEACH AND
CHEESE GLACE PIE
 
Beat until fluffy:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Gradually add:

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend well. Pour 1/2 mixture into baked 9 inch pie crust. Chill.

GLACE MIXTURE:

In blender container place 1/4 cup water and enough fresh strawberries or peaches to make 1 1/4 cups pureed liquid. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Continue cooking and stirring over low heat for about 2 minutes until thick and translucent. Remove from heat and add 1 tablespoon butter. Stir in. Cool mixture, then pour over fresh fruit and cheese mixture. Refrigerate several hours. Serve with your favorite whipped topping.
