BEEF JERKY 
Use a medium size roast or 1 large round steak.

Liquid smoke
Seasoned salt
Salt & pepper
Mrs. Dash spice (opt.)

Cut meat in 1/4" strips. Place one layer in flat dish. Sprinkle with smoke, salt, pepper and sugar. Continue with more layers of meat and seasoning. Cover and let in refrigerator for 24 hours. Place strips on oven rack at 150 degrees for 8 hours.
