BEEF JERKY 
Lean beef brisket (or flank steak)
1 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 to 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. liquid smoke (optional)

Make up mixture and let it sit for approximately 2 to 3 hours or use as a marinade overnight.

Slice brisket into strips (with the grain of the meat) approximately 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick. Marinate meat overnight.

Turn oven to 150 degrees. Take meat out of marinate and lay strips side by side in a cookie sheet. Put in oven and cook for 18 to 20 hours. Turn strips over after approximately 15 hours.
