BEEF JERKY 
5 lb. lean beef

3/4 c. soy sauce

1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp. lemon pepper

1 tsp. seasonal salt

1 tsp. onion powder

2 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. garlic salt

1. Slice meat along grain, not more than 1/4 inch thick. Cut to size you want. Meat will shrink.

2. Heat soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and then add all other ingredients.

3. Cool and add meat.

4. Marinate overnight.

5. Next day, put meat directly on oven rack.

6. Put oven on lowest heat setting and leave door open, about 4-6 hours.
