BEEF JERKY 
Have brisket sliced lengthwise real thin. Lay layer in a tupperware pan. Sprinkle with liquid smoke, seasoned salt, seasoned pepper, brown sugar alternately. Let set covered in refrigerator 24 hours. Put on oven rack and bake as low as possible 8-10 hours. Store in airtight container.
