PENUCHE ICING 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3/8 c. milk (1/4 c. + 2 tbsp.)
3/8 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Optional walnuts

Bring to full boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and beat until lukewarm. Add vanilla. Beat until thick enough to spread.
