ITALIAN CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 pkg. Seven Seas Powdered Italian dressing
2 c. Minute rice
1 cut up fryer

Layer cut up chicken and powdered dressing in slow cooker. Cook all day on low. Remove chicken from slower cooker and retain liquid. Turn cooker to high or transfer liquid to saucepan. Bring liquid to boil and add rice. Boil rapidly for 1 or 2 minutes. Remove from heat cover and let stay 5 minutes. Debone chicken. Place chicken in baking dish. Cover with rice, cover with cheese and bake on high or broil to melt cheese.
