CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli (or equal amount of fresh)
2 c. chicken (I use 1 fryer, cooked and deboned)
3 c. cooked white rice
1 can cream of chicken soup or broth from chicken thickened with flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice, or to taste
2 tsp. curry powder, or to taste
Grated cheddar cheese, amount is optional

Combine chicken soup, lemon juice and curry powder to make sauce. In a greased casserole dish layer in order: rice, chicken, sauce, and cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through.
