CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 bunch fresh broccoli
4 chicken breasts, cooked about 30 minutes and deboned
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese

Cook broccoli and drain; arrange in greased baking dish. Next spread on rice then cut up chicken. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder together and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. This dish can be refrigerated and heated next day.
