CHINESE CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
2 (15 3/4 oz.) cans hot chili beans
1 green pepper
2 tbsp. onion
4 slices American cheese
1/3 c. water
1 can chow mein noodles
2 c. Minute rice

Brown ground beef in skillet and drain excess liquid. Stir in chili beans, green pepper, and onion. Cook on low heat with peppers and onion are soft. Prepare rice as directed on box. When chili is done, lay 4 slices of American cheese on top until melted. Spoon rice onto plate. Spoon chili on top of rice. Top with chow mein noodles and enjoy. 2 pan meal.
