CHILI SOUP | |
1 qt. tomatoes 1 can Brooks chili beans 1 1/2 lbs. ground meat Med. or broad noodles Put quart of tomatoes in 3 quart kettle. Add water to fill kettle 1/2 full. Bring to boil--cook 30 to 45 minutes or until tomatoes are all cooked up. Fry ground meat with salt and pepper and a little onion. Add to tomatoes. Add beans and noodles. Season with salt and pepper, chili powder and paprika to your taste. Let boil until noodles are done. |
