1 medium chuck roast
1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 env. dry onion soup mix (Lipton)
1 (12 oz.) can Coke

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Mix mushroom soup and dry onion soup mix together. Add Coke and mix well. Pour a little into Dutch oven. Place roast. Pour rest over roast. Cover with heavy lid.

Cook at 325°F until done (when meat thermometer reads 160°F internal temperature).
