SHRIMP ALA CHILI CON QUESO 
1 lg. can Chinese noodles
3 lbs. shrimp, peeled and cooked in shrimp boil
1 stick butter
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
1 c. green onion, chopped fine
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 lg. pkg. Velveeta

Saute celery, pepper and onion in butter until limp. Add soup and tomatoes and simmer. Cut up cheese and add to mixture, stirring until melted. Add shrimp and simmer until shrimp are hot. Warm Chinese noodles in oven at 200 degrees. Serve by spooning shrimp mixture over noodles.
