CHILI CON QUESO 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green onion
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 tsp. ground red pepper
Paprika to taste

Brown beef and drain. In slow cooker, combine beef, onion, celery, tomato sauce, chilies and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 to 3 hours. An hour before serving, add cheese, red pepper and paprika. Stir occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips.
