CHILI CON QUESO 
2 tbsp. butter or olive oil
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 to 3 pickled whole jalapeno peppers (seeded and minced)
3 lg. tomatoes, chopped
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Garlic powder to taste
Onion powder to taste

Put butter or olive oil in pan or bowl. Saute onion on stove or sweat in microwave until soft. Add in tomatoes and jalapeno peppers. Heat through. Drain off any liquid. Add spices and cream cheese and mix well. Serve warm with Nacho chips or raw vegetables as a dip.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
