3 c. cooked chopped chicken
1 sm. pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® combination wild & white rice, cooked
1 can cream of celery soup
1 med. jar chopped pimento
1 med. onion, chopped
2 c. (lg. can) French style green beans, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. water chestnuts, diced
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and pour in greased 3 quart casserole. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Freezes well - freeze unbaked. Serves 16.
