KOREAN SALAD 
1 pkg. fresh spinach
1 can sliced water chestnuts
8 strips bacon, fried crisp and crumbled (can substitute bacon bits)
2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
1 c. bean sprouts, canned or fresh

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1 c. ketchup
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 med. onion, diced
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Add sliced fresh mushrooms to dressing. Add dressing at serving time.
