BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 cut-up frying chicken
1 1/2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Slivered almonds

Mix rice, creamed soups and milk together. Spread in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Arrange chicken pieces and sprinkle with the dry onion soup mix and almonds. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 2 hours at 325 degrees.
