CREAMY CRUNCHY CHICKEN 'N RICE

1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 1/2 c. hot cooked rice
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, cooked & drained
1 can French fried onions

Combine cheese and rice; mix well. Add chicken, peas and half of onions; mix lightly. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with remaining onions; continue baking 5 minutes, or until onions are lightly browned. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
