3 c. mashed potatoes, seasoned as usual--salt, pepper, milk, butter
8 oz. sour cream
5-6 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
3 sm. green onions, chopped
1 c. grated cheese

Spread the potatoes in a 10x6 dish (greased); top with sour cream; sprinkle with bacon and onions. Top with cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
