CREAMY POTATO BAKE | |
6 med. potatoes or 6 servings instant mashed potatoes; (prepare using package directions, omitting the butter) 4 oz. cream cheese Combine potatoes and cream cheese; beat well. Stir in: 2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped 1 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped Blend well. Transfer to a well-greased 1 quart baking dish. Dot with 1 tablespoon of butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400 degrees 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings. |
