CREAMY POTATO BAKE 
6 servings of instant mashed potatoes (no butter)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Add softened cream cheese to potatoes. Beat in remaining ingredients. Blend above ingredients thoroughly in mixer. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
