WILD RICE CHICKEN BAKE | |
6 fried chicken breasts or thighs 4 c. cooked wild rice, about 1 c. uncooked 2 c. chicken gravy, thinned with 1/2 c. milk Paprika Arrange the chicken on top of the rice in a shallow lightly greased casserole. Spoon the gravy over the chicken and rice. Sprinkle the paprika over. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake another 5 to 10 minutes. |
